The Job

The HR specialist organizes and executes the practical day-to-day work of the HR department. You work on an operational and tactical level and support the Chief People Officer (CPO) in executing the HR strategy.


About You

You have the ability to listen, understand, and can easily build trust with others, as well as this you’re a great communicator.  You are patient, and a natural problem solver who pays attention to the finer details. 


Requirements

  • You have experience within HR across a dynamic setting, working with a diverse range of people.
  • You are able to express yourself in both written and spoken English.
  • You are extremely detailed oriented.
  • You have experience setting up HR processes and systems and can help enable us to give our people a smooth and easy user experience, whilst complying with local labor regulations.


The Rewards

At Triggerise we believe in being open, also when it comes to salaries. In Kenya, the salary bracket for this position is KSH 174 900 - KSH 262 300 per month, excluding benefits. We will offer you a salary in this bracket depending on your level of experience and how it relates to your future colleagues.
