The HR specialist organizes and executes the practical day-to-day work of the HR department. You work on an operational and tactical level and support the Chief People Officer (CPO) in executing the HR strategy.
You have the ability to listen, understand, and can easily build trust with others, as well as this you’re a great communicator. You are patient, and a natural problem solver who pays attention to the finer details.
At Triggerise we believe in being open, also when it comes to salaries. In Kenya, the salary bracket for this position is KSH 174 900 - KSH 262 300 per month, excluding benefits. We will offer you a salary in this bracket depending on your level of experience and how it relates to your future colleagues.
