Triggerise builds digital platforms that motivate users - primarily young women and adolescent girls - to make positive choices. For this position, we are open to remote work and will happily accept applicants from any Triggerise Location (Ethiopia, India, Kenya, Portugal, South Africa, the Netherlands).

The Job

The Health & Education Expert Lead will be responsible for providing cross-functional support to all teams at Triggerise. You will also be responsible for: 

  • Deciding on key principles of the E&E user journey, including applying insights from behavioural economics.
  • Monitoring, Evaluation, Research & Learning (MERL) including analysing routine data to inform sector-specific user journey optimisation.
  • Team management and developing SME technical support service packages for partners. 

About You

  • Are an expert in the health and education and employability field
  • Good knowledge of the health systems industry 
  • Detail-oriented and can analyze data trends
  • Are able to work well with people from different cultural backgrounds


  • Exposure conducting internal trainings and cross-functional learning sessions on topical issues
  • Extensive experience in areas of health (sexual and reproductive health, non-communicable diseases, maternal and child health and nutrition) and education and employability
  • Experience managing a multi-disciplinary team with diverse background

The Rewards

At Triggerise we believe in being open, also when it comes to salaries. The salary brackets for this position, excluding benefits is KSH 350 000 - KSH 525 000 per month in Kenya, R55 000 - R82 000 per month in South Africa, €2 900 - €4 400 in Portugal and €4 400 - €6 700 in the Netherlands. We will offer you a salary in this bracket depending on your level of experience and how it relates to your future colleagues.
