We are a fast-growing non-profit social enterprise with offices in the Netherlands, Portugal, South Africa, India, Kenya, and Ethiopia. Triggerise builds digital platforms that motivate users - primarily young women and adolescent girls - to make positive choices. We work together with local communities and use nudges like reminders, discounts and reward points to encourage our users to access and use health products and services. We also support our users in becoming entrepreneurs and adding value to their economies.

The Job

As the Service Quality Lead you will ensure that all providers on the Triggerise platform deliver services that meet our qualitative requirements. You will also be responsible for: 

  • Developing and maintaining relationships with franchising partners so as to ensure that the Service Level Agreements are met.
  • Analysing the data on the platform in order to drive continuous quality improvement.
  • Setting up and executing systems for independent quality auditing and provider quality certification.

About You

You think strategically and out of the box. You are diplomatic in your approach which makes you an effective negotiator. You are able to build new teams and projects from the ground up.  


Requirements

  • Minimum of 5-7 years experience in a quality improvement role.
  • Experience working in the health services sector.
  • Experience building new and managing new teams
  • Exposure to implementing health quality improvement audits.


The Rewards

At Triggerise we believe in being open, also when it comes to salaries. The salary brackets for  this position, excluding benefits, is Br 62 879 - Br 94 318 per month in Ethiopia, KSH 351 788   - KSH 527 681 per month in Kenya and R55 019 - R82 528 per month in South Africa. We will offer you a salary in this bracket depending on your level of experience and how it relates to your future colleagues.
