In Ethiopia, we have almost 20 people that are implementing our projects from our office in Addis Ababa or from home offices in Addis or Afar. The role of the Research Lead is to execute Triggerise research agenda in Ethiopia, whilst at the same time, contributing to the organizations thought leadership. This will be achieved by;
You’re an expert in both qualitative and quantitative research, and all data related activities. You are organized and have a good eye for detail.
At Triggerise we believe in being open, also when it comes to salaries. The monthly salary bracket for this position in Ethiopia is, €1,191 - €1,786, plus benefits and allowances. We will offer you a salary in this bracket depending on your level of experience and how it relates to your future colleagues.
