The Company
We are a fast-growing non-profit social enterprise with offices in the Netherlands, Portugal, India, Kenya, and Ethiopia. Triggerise builds digital platforms that motivate users - primarily young women and adolescent girls - to make positive choices. We work together with local communities and use nudges.

The Job

The Product Manager is responsible for representing the voice of our target audience and users, managing the direction of our platform based on market research, user insights, and feedback.

  • You manage all aspects of the product, including user requirements and feedback
  • You understand the needs of our platform and are responsible for roadmap development
  • You analyze current trends and understand our user needs in order to identify areas where our product will be advantageous for our target audience
  • You lead our product owners, offering them mentorship, whilst ensuring that our product roadmap is implemented successfully

Ideally, the Product Manager is located in one of our Triggerise offices in Nairobi, Amsterdam, Porto, Cape Town, Addis Ababa or New Delhi, but we will also consider candidates in different locations. 

About you 

You understand people, what they are looking for and why. You have a pragmatic vision on the best way forward and can motivate others to follow. Your curiosity drives you to gain a deep insight into the experiences of our target audience so that you can build the bridge between what our product is doing, needs to do in the future and the work that we need to do in order to get there. 


  • Extensive experience working with Digital Platforms, SRH digital Platform experience would be a bonus
  • A Bachelor degree in a related field
  • Experience in a customer-facing environment, and the ability to communicate effectively and enjoy interacting with people
  • Willingness to travel post Covid
