The Company
We are a fast-growing non-profit social enterprise with offices in the Netherlands, Portugal, South Africa,  India, Kenya, and Ethiopia. Triggerise builds digital platforms that motivate users - primarily young women and adolescent girls - to make positive choices. We work together with local communities and use nudges like reminders, discounts and reward points to encourage our users to access and use health products and services. We also support our users in becoming entrepreneurs and adding value to their economies.

The Job

As a Social Media Agent, or Virtual Pro as we call it, you will use social media (Facebook and Instagram) to reach the Triggerise target population (young people aged 15 - 19) with relevant information about the Tiko membership and SRH services available to them. You respond to queries and you give additional information about services on the platform. The Virtual Pro works closely with colleagues to ensure all operations in Yaounde are thriving and fully functional.

About You

You are tech-savvy who is open and comfortable with the use of new technologies. You are able to adapt in a fast paced environment. 


  • Experience in handling digital marketing, or a recent graduate (Bachelors) in Marketing and Communication residing in Yaounde Cameroon (or other relevant degree);
  • Knowledge of how to use social media for marketing and communication purposes; 
  • Perfectly bilingual; able to express themselves in both written and spoken French and English; 
  • Knowledge of MS Office and preferably also Google packages; 
  • Added advantage: experience working with youth groups in Cameroon and experience/interest in supporting access to SRH service
